Some will say it’s a manufactured holiday, but we’re inclined to call it an opportunity. A chance to say those three little (but oh-so-important) words. To spend time with the one you love. Over the soft glow of a candle or two, at your favorite place. And naturally, alongside a box of chocolate truffles.

Any meal that culminates with chocolate is ideal. Or, eat it for dinner. There aren’t rules when it comes to these things. We’re always inclined to make it up as we go along. One thing is certain: time spent in the company of chocolate (and one another) promises to provide lasting memories.

So, celebrate. Do it in style. And make it uniquely yours. After all, you need to tide yourself over until Valentine’s Day.
