savoring the flavors of fall

It’s familiar, isn’t it? The magnetic pull you feel this time of year, that is. And we aren’t just talking the many ways you feel compelled to refresh your wardrobe (new ankle boots, anyone?) there are plenty of culinary exploits as well. Traveling opportunities abound. The world is your oyster in this case. A few ideas to get you started:

Take in the fall foliage.

Make warm apple cider.

Gather around the fire. (don’t forget the chocolate and marshmallows)

Regardless of how you choose to enjoy the Autumn season, like deliciously gooey chocolate s’mores for example, make it interesting. Turn the car around for that pumpkin patch on the side of the road. Get yourself perilously lost in a corn maze. Take advantage of those warm breezy days while you can.

Or, if you prefer to keep things low key, pour your favorite beverage and open a tin of toffee. It just might inspire you to do one of the best fall activities: savoring every moment.
